Our Facilities

Blueridge Warmbloods is located at the top of the Niagara Escarpment in town of Blue Mountains.  The farm was purchased by Sara Alberni and Garret Lawlor in 2012.  At that time, the farm consisted of a house and a small dilapidated barn which had been home to all manner of livestock.  Garret has been hard at work and the farm now boasts of a 210' x 72' indoor arena, a new barn with 8 rubber matted stalls, wash rack with warm water, 2 heated tack rooms, bathroom facilities and a large 80' x 220' outdoor sand ring. The original little barn has been fully renovated and provides stabling for an additional 4 horses.  Horses are turned out daily in safe, well maintained paddocks which are a combination of oak board and "Horse Guard" electric tape fencing.  During the summer months, grazing is available in one of 3 large grass fields.
